The Sprea Editori IVGA 2009

In May 2009 Synthesis received the Sprea Editori Italian Video Game Award (IVGA) for Dead Space (EA), with 3 out of 4 nominations in the best Italian localization category. Synthesis was awarded first place in this category with the localization of the acclaimed EA survival horror title, which boasted the acting skills of director Dario Argento in the voice recording.
The other titles translated by Synthesis in the competition were Prince of Persia (localized for Ubisoft) and Gears of War 2 (Microsoft).
